Drink spindle mixer

A spindle appliance for aerating or flash-mixing recipes designed for this method.

What to look for: Check approved cup size, spindle design, duty cycle and cleaning access.

Care and limitations: It does not perform the same job as a bladed blender. Use only ingredients and ice styles allowed by its manual.
