Mixing glass

A vessel for stirring cocktails with ice before straining.

Use a stable vessel with enough room for the measured drink and ice. Stir according to the recipe, then strain into the prepared serving glass.

Inspect glassware for chips or cracks before use. A suitable metal mixing vessel can also work.
