Fine strainer

A fine mesh sieve for catching small pulp, herbs or ice fragments.

Hold it above the serving glass and pour through the primary strainer into the mesh.

Rinse promptly after use. Fine straining changes texture, so follow the individual recipe rather than applying it to every drink.
