BAR WORKSHOP / BATCH CALCULATOR

Make the recipe. Scale the plan.

Turn your own recipe into an ingredient plan, a shopping list and a preparation checklist.

01

Your recipe

Enter the amounts for the original recipe, then choose how many servings to prepare.

Illustrative inputs only. Replace them with your own recipe.

Leave an amount empty for “as needed”. Dashes, drops and pieces stay separate from liquid volume.

Optional water addition

No universal dilution is assumed. Enter your own tested water addition. For example, 20% adds 200 ml to 1,000 ml of batch liquids; it is not 20% of the final volume. Liquids marked “At service” and garnishes are excluded. Ice melt is not calculated.

How to use this plan

Scale from the original recipe’s actual yield. Keep carbonated or last-minute additions in the service section when your recipe calls for that. This worksheet calculates amounts; it does not validate a recipe, establish shelf life or prescribe dilution.

Assumptions & measurement notes

1 US fl oz = 29.5735295625 ml. Fluid ounces measure volume; grams measure mass. No density or dash-size conversion is assumed.

Calculations retain exact decimal ratios. Recipe amounts display to 0.1 ml/g or 0.01 US fl oz. Shopping amounts round up to those increments; pieces, dashes and drops round up to whole counts. Very small amounts are flagged. Display rounding never feeds back into the calculation.

Calculations happen in this page. Inputs are not saved or sent.
