Zombie President

Zombie President brings together Gold Puerto Rican Rum, Dry Vermouth, Grapefruit Liqueur. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Zombie President: Amber-red drink in a coupe with one floating mint leaf and no serving ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gold Puerto Rican Rum
  • 22.18 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Grapefruit Liqueur
  • 3.7 ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 7.39 ml Falernum liqueur
  • 3.7 ml Grenadine
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 6 drop Absinthe
  • 1 portion Mint leaf, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with mint leaf.
