Year Of The Dragon brings together Cynar, Benedictine, Bonal Gentiane-Quina. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients
- 22.18 ml Cynar
- 22.18 ml Benedictine
- 29.57 ml Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- 7.39 ml Crème de Menthe
- 7.39 ml Crème de Cacao
- 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
- Stir until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
- Finish with lemon twist.
