Wooden Shoe brings together Genever, Aged Apple Brandy, Cardamaro. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Genever
  • 22.18 ml Aged Apple Brandy
  • 29.57 ml Cardamaro
  • 7.39 ml Benedictine
  • 7.39 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
