White Lady

Gin, orange liqueur and lemon make a three-ingredient sour with a pronounced citrus component. This IBA specification contains no egg white or separate syrup and is served straight up in a chilled glass.

Active preparation: 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 40 ml London dry gin
  • 30 ml Triple sec orange liqueur
  • 20 ml Fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass and measure the ingredients.
  2. Add the non-carbonated liquid ingredients to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, seal, and shake briskly for about 10–12 seconds.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
  5. Serve promptly.
