Whiskey Ginger

Irish whiskey and ginger ale make an easy highball, finished with a squeeze of lime. Jameson’s measured version uses three parts mixer to one part whiskey and builds the drink directly over cubed ice.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Jameson Original Irish whiskey
  • 90 ml Chilled ginger ale
  • 1 piece Fresh lime wedge

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with cubed ice.
  2. Add the whiskey and ginger ale, then stir gently.
  3. Squeeze the lime wedge into the drink and drop it into the glass.
