When in Roma

Cointreau, Blanco tequila and Manzanilla sherry form the base of When in Roma. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

When in Roma in a coupe, serve without ice, with Lemon Zest, against a black background.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Cointreau
  • 30 ml Blanco tequila
  • 45 ml Manzanilla sherry
  • 1 piece Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with lemon zest.
