Water Lilly

Hayman’s London Dry Gin, Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette and Curaçao form the base of Water Lilly. The drink is shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Hayman’s London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml Rothman & Winter Crème de Violette
  • 15 ml Curaçao
  • 15 ml Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
  2. Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
