Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Blandy's 5 Year Sercial Madeira
  • 22.18 ml Benedictine
  • 7.39 ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
  • 1 dash St. George Absinthe
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
