Tropic Thunder

Blanco tequila, mango and pineapple are balanced by lime in a short rocks drink. Aromatic bitters give the fruit-and-agave formula another layer.

Tropic Thunder. Rocks glass, cubed ice, cloudy golden-yellow body and lime wheel.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Liber & Co. Alphonso Mango Syrup
  • 60 ml Blanco tequila
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml Pineapple juice
  • 3 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 slice Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Lime wheel aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
