To The Moon Alice brings together Gin, Cynar, Fino Sherry. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gin
  • 22.18 ml Cynar
  • 22.18 ml Fino Sherry
  • 14.79 ml Lemon Juice
  • 14.79 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 7.39 ml Orgeat
  • 7.39 ml Falernum liqueur
  • 1 portion Mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a rocks glass.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with mint sprig.
