Ti’ Punch

Sugarcane-based rhum agricole, lime and cane syrup make a small, direct-built drink. The lime is squeezed into the glass rather than measured as a large juice component, keeping the spirit central to the formula.

Clear pale straw Ti’ Punch in a small rocks glass, squeezed lime wedge inside and no ice.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Martinique rhum agricole
  • 1 piece Fresh lime wedge
  • 10 ml Cane sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Measure the cane syrup into a small rocks glass.
  2. Squeeze the lime wedge over the syrup and drop it into the glass.
  3. Add the rhum agricole and stir thoroughly; serve as a small sipping drink without ice.
