The Vacation

Lightly aged rum, unaged agricole rhum and pisco share a generously sized tropical cocktail. Mango, falernum, pineapple and lime complete the published mixture.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Alphonso Mango Syrup
  • 30 ml Lightly aged rum
  • 30 ml Unaged agricole rhum
  • 30 ml Pisco
  • 7.5 ml Falernum
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
