The Preston-Baker

The Preston-Baker brings together Gin, Rhum Agricole, Blanc Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Gin
  • 14.79 ml Rhum Agricole
  • 22.18 ml Blanc Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Crème de Banane
  • 2 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
