The Pinball Racket

The Pinball Racket brings together Rye Whiskey, Mezcal, Campari. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

The Pinball Racket: deep reddish-brown cocktail in a chilled stemmed coupe, served without ice with a dark cherry on a slim pick.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Rye Whiskey
  • 14.79 ml Mezcal
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 2 dash Mole Bitters
  • 1 portion Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with cherry.
