The Missing

The Missing brings together Mezcal, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Lime Juice. This shaken cocktail is served in rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Mezcal
  • 14.79 ml Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
  • 29.57 ml Lime Juice
  • 14.79 ml Passion Fruit Syrup
  • 14.79 ml Falernum
  • 1 portion Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
