Timbal Vermut de Reus Sweet Red, Fever Tree Ginger Ale or Fever Tree Ginger Beer and Angostura Bitters form the base of The Long Hello. This measured drink is served in a highball glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml Timbal Vermut de Reus Sweet Red
  • 90 ml Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 piece orange peel

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients into the highball glass over fresh cubed ice.
  2. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Finish with orange peel.
