The Inception

Amaro and sparkling wine create a two-ingredient aperitif with no juice or added syrup. Both liquids are chilled before assembly, allowing the drink to be served in a flute without ice or a shaking step.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Amaro di Angostura
  • 75 ml Chilled Prosecco
  • 1 piece Lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a flute and both liquid ingredients.
  2. Pour the amaro into the flute, then slowly add the Prosecco.
  3. Express a lemon twist over the drink, add it and serve without ice.
