The Hearing Trumpet

The Hearing Trumpet brings together Scotch, Cardamaro, Swedish Punsch. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

The Hearing Trumpet: copper-red cocktail in a straight-sided rocks glass with several clear ice cubes and an orange twist.

Ingredients

  • 36.97 ml Scotch
  • 22.18 ml Cardamaro
  • 14.79 ml Swedish Punsch
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 2 dash Mole Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
