The Great Heist

Cointreau, Bourbon whisky and Blanco tequila form the base of The Great Heist. The mixture is stirred and served in a collins glass.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Cointreau
  • 15 ml Bourbon whisky
  • 15 ml Blanco tequila
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters
  • 60 ml Champagne
  • 1 piece Cherry

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the collins glass.
  4. Add the measured Champagne gently after mixing.
  5. Finish with cherry.
