The Bedford Nest

The Bedford Nest brings together Bourbon, Aged Rum, Dry Vermouth. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

The Bedford Nest: Clear amber cocktail in a chilled coupe, served without ice and finished with an orange twist.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Bourbon
  • 22.18 ml Aged Rum
  • 29.57 ml Dry Vermouth
  • 7.39 ml Benedictine
  • 7.39 ml Apricot Liqueur
  • 2 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 portion Orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
