The Bairn

Cointreau, Bruichladdich Scotch whisky and Orange bitters form the base of The Bairn. The mixture is stirred and served in a wine glass.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Cointreau
  • 52.5 ml Bruichladdich Scotch whisky
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • 1 piece Orange Twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the wine glass.
  4. Finish with orange twist.
