Texas Cakewalk brings together Fino Sherry, Mezcal, Lime Juice. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Fino Sherry
  • 14.79 ml Mezcal
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 14.79 ml Grenadine
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
