Spritz

Prosecco, Aperol and soda make a bitter-orange sparkling aperitivo served over ice. Build gently in a roomy wine glass; cold ingredients help maintain carbonation while a short stir brings everything together.

Ingredients

  • 90 ml Chilled Prosecco
  • 60 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml Chilled soda water
  • 1 piece Orange slice or wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a wine glass and measure the ingredients. Fill it with ice.
  2. Add the measured still ingredients.
  3. Pour in the measured carbonated ingredients slowly, then lift once with a spoon to mix.
  4. Finish with an orange slice and serve promptly.
