Vodka, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry and Fino sherry form the base of Soviet. The mixture is stirred and served in a nick and nora glass.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 15 ml Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry
  • 15 ml Fino sherry
  • 1 piece lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the nick and nora glass.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
