White rum and apricot liqueur meet yuzu, pineapple and lime in a shaken drink. Freshly grated lime zest finishes the coupe.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  • 45 ml White rum
  • 15 ml Apricot liqueur
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated lime zest, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients for mixing into a shaker. Keep Freshly grated lime zest aside for finishing.
  2. Add cubed ice, seal and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass without ice.
  4. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
