Silver Surfer

Silver Surfer brings together Blanco Tequila, Orgeat, Kümmel. This shaken cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Silver Surfer: Pale cloudy cocktail in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnished with mint sprigs.

Ingredients

  • 59.15 ml Blanco Tequila
  • 14.79 ml Orgeat
  • 14.79 ml Kümmel
  • 22.18 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 portion Mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh crushed ice.
  4. Finish with mint sprigs.
