Cucumber wheels, Tequila and Meunier Génépy ‘Altitude’ Liqueur form the base of Silver Monk. The drink is shaken and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

2 piece Cucumber wheels
45 ml Tequila
22.5 ml Meunier Génépy ‘Altitude’ Liqueur
22.5 ml Menthe Verte Spearmint Liqueur
22.5 ml Lime juice
1 pinch Fine salt
1 piece lime wedge

Instructions

Press the cucumber wheels gently in the shaker with a muddler.
Measure the mixing ingredients into a shaker. Keep garnishes, any glass rinse, sparkling toppings and side serves separate.
Add ice and shake firmly for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels cold.
Fine-strain into the coupe glass.
Finish with lime wedge.
