Shipwrecked

Shipwrecked brings together Dark Rum, Funky Jamaican Rum, Pineapple Juice. This whip-shaken cocktail is served in a mug over ice.

Shipwrecked: Copper mug filled with crushed ice and an amber tropical drink, finished with a lemon twist.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Dark Rum
  • 14.79 ml Funky Jamaican Rum
  • 44.36 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Sfumato
  • 14.79 ml Honey Syrup 1:1
  • 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 piece Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Put all measured liquid ingredients into a shaker with a small handful of crushed ice.
  2. Whip-shake briefly to mix and chill, then pour the drink and ice into a mug.
  3. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
