Screwdriver

Orange juice is the main component of this simple vodka drink. A rocks-glass serving and plenty of ice make assembly straightforward; the character depends more on the juice than on complicated bar technique.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Vodka
  • 120 ml Fresh orange juice
  • 1 piece Orange slice or wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add the vodka and fresh orange juice.
  3. Stir from the bottom of the glass until evenly mixed and cold.
  4. Finish with an orange slice and serve promptly.
