Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Smith & Cross Rum
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Ciociaro
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 1 dash Absinthe

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
