Sabotage brings together Mezcal, Rhum Agricole Blanc, Yellow Chartreuse. This stirred cocktail is served in rocks glass.

Ingredients

  • 22.18 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Rhum Agricole Blanc
  • 14.79 ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • 14.79 ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 1 portion Orange oils from a twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
  4. Express the oils from a fresh orange peel over the surface, then discard the peel.
