Runaway Horses

Runaway Horses brings together Apple Brandy, Cardamaro, Amaro Sfumato. This stirred cocktail is served in a rocks glass over ice.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Apple Brandy
  • 29.57 ml Cardamaro
  • 29.57 ml Amaro Sfumato
  • 1 portion Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh cubed ice.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
