Rose Cocktail

Dry vermouth forms the largest measure in this short cocktail, with kirsch contributing an unsweetened cherry-spirit component. A teaspoon of raspberry syrup provides a restrained fruit accent and tint rather than a full liqueur measure.

Very pale pink-gold Rose Cocktail in a coupe with one cherry, no ice.
