Scotch and sweet vermouth make a compact, aromatic cocktail with a bitters-led edge. This Chivas version uses a two-to-one ratio, then finishes with a cherry in a chilled martini glass.

Clear amber-brown cocktail in a martini glass, no ice, one dark cocktail cherry.
