Quimbois brings together Rhum Agricole Blanc, Fino Sherry, Cynar. This stirred cocktail is served in a coupe.

Quimbois: Clear amber cocktail in a chilled coupe without ice, with a curled lemon twist.

Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Rhum Agricole Blanc
  • 29.57 ml Fino Sherry
  • 14.79 ml Cynar
  • 14.79 ml Pineapple Syrup
  • 20 drop Absinthe
  • 1 portion Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
