Quetzal

Quetzal brings together Mezcal, Grapefruit Juice, Lime Juice. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Quetzal: Cloudy pink-coral cocktail in a chilled coupe without ice, with a grapefruit twist.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Mezcal
  • 22.18 ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 11.09 ml Cinnamon Syrup
  • 11.09 ml Campari
  • 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 portion Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
