Pulp Fiction

Passionfruit syrup and Aperol are gently combined with a hazy IPA. Pouring the beer slowly helps manage the foam in a generously sized glass.

Pulp Fiction. Clear beer mug with a hazy golden-orange beer cocktail, modest white beer head, no ice and an orange wheel.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  • 15 ml Aperol
  • 360 ml Hazy ipa, chilled
  • 1 slice Orange wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the syrup and Aperol to a chilled beer mug with room for the full drink and its foam.
  2. Slowly pour in the chilled beer. Stir once or twice gently; do not shake, and serve without ice.
  3. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
