Ingredients: 50 ml Vanilla-flavored vodka; 20 ml Passion fruit liqueur; 50 ml Passion fruit purée, unsweetened; 2 tsp Vanilla sugar; 50 ml Chilled brut Champagne; 0.5 piece Fresh passion fruit, for garnish

Vanilla vodka and passion fruit create a rich, fruit-forward cocktail served with a small separate pour of Champagne. Keep the sparkling wine out of the shaker; its side serving is included in the recipe quantities.

Ingredients

50 ml Vanilla-flavored vodka
20 ml Passion fruit liqueur
50 ml Passion fruit purée, unsweetened
2 tsp Vanilla sugar
50 ml Chilled brut Champagne
0.5 piece Fresh passion fruit, for garnish

Instructions

Chill a large coupe and a small side glass. Keep the Champagne separate.
Stir the vanilla sugar with the passion fruit purée and liqueur in a shaker to dissolve it, then add the vanilla vodka.
Add ice, shake firmly and fine-strain into the coupe.
Float half a passion fruit on the cocktail and pour the measured Champagne into the side glass.
Serve the two glasses together for slow sipping.
