Poet's Dream

Gin, Dry vermouth and Benedictine form the base of Poet's Dream. The mixture is stirred and served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml Gin
  • 22.5 ml Dry vermouth
  • 22.5 ml Benedictine
  • 1 piece Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Measure the mixing ingredients into a mixing glass. Reserve any garnish, sparkling topping or side serve.
  2. Add cubed ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into the coupe glass.
  4. Finish with lemon twist.
