Planters Punch

Jamaican rum, lime and sugar cane juice create the compact IBA version of this punch. A measured amount of water and serving ice supply dilution without adding extra fruit juices to the formula.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Aged Jamaican rum
  • 15 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 30 ml Pasteurized sugar cane juice
  • 20 ml Chilled drinking water
  • 1 piece Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass and measure the ingredients. Fill it with ice.
  2. Add the measured ingredients and stir until evenly mixed and cold.
  3. Finish with an orange twist and serve promptly.
