Ingredients

  • 29.57 ml Berkshire Mountain's Greylock Gin
  • 14.79 ml Campari
  • 7.39 ml Cynar
  • 7.39 ml St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur
  • 29.57 ml Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 portion Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a mixing glass and add ice.
  2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with grapefruit twist.
