Picket Fence

Non-alcoholic apple cider and ginger beer surround a measured pour of Cardamaro in this tall mixed drink. The wine-based amaro remains alcoholic, so the recipe belongs with aperitif cocktails rather than the zero-proof collection.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Cardamaro wine-based amaro
  • 60 ml Non-alcoholic unfiltered apple cider
  • 60 ml Ginger beer, non-alcoholic
  • 1 piece Lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add Cardamaro wine-based amaro and Non-alcoholic unfiltered apple cider.
  3. Pour in Ginger beer slowly, then stir once gently.
  4. Finish with a lemon twist and serve promptly.
