Peruvian Necktie brings together Encanto Pisco, Benedictine, Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur. This shaken cocktail is served in a coupe.

Peruvian Necktie: Cloudy apricot-gold cocktail in a clear coupe with a knotted orange twist, served without ice against a black background.

Ingredients

  • 44.36 ml Encanto Pisco
  • 14.79 ml Benedictine
  • 14.79 ml Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
  • 14.79 ml Lime Juice
  • 10 drop St. George Absinthe
  • 1 portion Knotted orange twist, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the measured ingredients, excluding the garnish, in a shaker and add ice.
  2. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
  4. Finish with knotted orange twist.
