Passionfruit Chilcano

Pisco, passionfruit syrup and lime are built over ice and lengthened with soda. A lime wedge finishes the tall, fruit-led drink.

Passionfruit Chilcano. Highball glass with a golden passionfruit-pisco drink, fresh cubed ice, gentle soda bubbles and a lime wedge.

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  • 60 ml Pisco
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 90 ml Club soda, chilled
  • 1 piece Lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the chilled soda and any garnish to a chilled highball glass.
  2. Fill with cubed ice, add the soda and stir gently to combine.
  3. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
