Passion Play

Passionfruit syrup and tonic syrup are combined with lime and soda over crushed ice. This alcohol-free formula keeps the bitter ingredient separate from the sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  • 15 ml Liber & Co. Premium Tonic Syrup
  • 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 75 ml Club soda, chilled
  • 1 slice Lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure the passionfruit syrup, tonic syrup and lime into a highball glass.
  2. Add crushed ice and the chilled soda. Stir gently from the bottom to combine.
  3. Finish with the listed garnish. Serve promptly.
