Paradise

Gin, apricot liqueur and orange juice create a small fruit-led cocktail without added syrup. The orange provides a softer citrus character than lemon or lime, while the liqueur supplies most of the sweetness.

Ingredients

• 30 ml London dry gin
• 20 ml Apricot brandy liqueur
• 15 ml Fresh orange juice

Instructions

1. Chill a coupe glass and measure the ingredients.
2. Add the non-carbonated liquid ingredients to a shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice, seal, and shake briskly for about 10–12 seconds.
4. Strain into the chilled coupe glass.
5. Serve promptly.
